Private Training

One on one training is offered at Exodus by our highly qualified team of exercise specialists.  After a comprehensive evaluation, goals are set and a specific program is designed to guide you step by step.  The programs at Exodus all address the following components to help improve overall physical fitness:

MAY 6th 4-5:30 CHI KUNG Workshop

Chi Kung is an ancient system of mind and body health originating in China centuries ago.

Tai Chi is an example of one type of Chi Kung form.

Chi Kung uses slow, gentle movements with relaxed breathing and is like a moving meditation.  It is easy to learn and easy to do with subtle but deep benefits.  Chi Kung is like a moving meditation.
