Partner training helps strengthen relationships as both people work together as a team, support each other and have some fun doing it. Share your breath in sun salutes, join hands in warrior II, provide support in tree pose and enjoy a smile or two. You’ll provide assists to bring your partner deeper into postures, and end with a back-to-back seated mediation and shared savasana. Open to all levels.
