Chi Kung is an ancient system of mind and body health originating in China centuries ago.
Tai Chi is an example of one type of Chi Kung form.
Chi Kung uses slow, gentle movements with relaxed breathing and is like a moving meditation. It is easy to learn and easy to do with subtle but deep benefits. Chi Kung is like a moving meditation.
